Shipping Your Computer Please follow these guidelines to ship your computer to us for service: 1) Use the original packaging to ship your Computer if possible. 2) DO NOT SEND any Peripheral devices with your Computer! Whether in the same carton or additional cartons! You only need to send the computer! The mouse and keyboard are considered to be “throwaways”; if they fail they should be replaced. The monitor, scanner, speakers or other peripheral devices usually have separate warranties. You should always register your warranties. File your claim with the manufactory. Monitors, a major system component, are usually very reliable and in most cases outlast the computer! 3) SEND the operating system software! We can repair your computer without it. We will uninstall any OS uses to effect repairs! We cannot give you a new operating system! We do sell operating systems. You should also send copies of any important software programs installed on your computer. This is especially important for data recoveries. 4) SEND the questionnaire form, completely filled out, with your computer.
